About Strongfast
STRONGFAST provides youth athletes with the nutrition they need to feel good, boost energy, and perform at the top of their game.
Our Story
No matter how talented an athlete, no matter how much they train, no matter how expensive their equipment, all their hard work could be undone by simply not having the right fuel on game day. Sugary sports drinks don’t cut it, and concession stand food, fast food, and energy drinks only make things worse.
Our co-founders (a husband who coaches competitive travel ball and a wife with her Ph.D. in neuroscience) went to work, researching the specific nutritional needs of youth athletes and consulting with experts to find an easy, quick, and healthy way to get these athletes the energy they need to perform their best. After months of research and development, consulting with food scientists, nutritionists, and pediatricians, STRONGFAST was born.
